Growing up on the family farm in rural Saskatchewan, Johnny's passion for music was influenced by his parent's love of singing gospel hymns. As a songwriter JPJ writes about both the simplicity and complexity of life in their most raw forms, inspired by decades of both his own experiences and those close to him. Johnny showcases rich vocals, creative harmonica and strong rhythmic guitar that is proudly folk and roots with a touch of country. His songs are sure to captivate and engage any audience.
